I had a fantastic stay at the lovely and cosy house near Birmingham. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my weekend getaway a great experience. The owner was friendly and easily reachable for any inquiries. The location was convenient, especially for visiting the NEC. Parking was plentiful and the area felt safe and quiet. I highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay in Birmingham.

We stayed at Hawksworth House for a kickboxing tournament at North Solihull Sports Centre. The location was perfect, closer than any hotel and cost-effective for our family. The house itself was lovely, with spacious bedrooms and the convenience of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The property had a garden and a back gate, making it easy to access from the car. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again for future trips to the area.

The place was cozy and had a nice warmth to it, plus it was super close to the city and the garden 🌳. The best part was its awesome location, just a short walk from Meriden Park, which was really convenient for a leisurely stroll in nature.

The house provided everything we needed for a cozy Christmas getaway. Upon arrival, the house was warm and inviting, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our holiday meals. The location was perfect – close to the sports center where we had a kickboxing tournament and also near Resort World, which offered a great selection of restaurants. The allocated parking spot and the garage were definitely a plus, providing convenience and peace of mind.

The kitchen was fully stocked with tea and coffee, and all beds were comfortable. guests enjoyed the peaceful and safe neighborhood.
